Hallo,
die gekaufte Ware entspricht zwar dem beschriebenen Zustand, trotzdem sollte es klar als Mängelexemplar ausgezeichnet sein, wenn es mit diesem Stempel bedruckt ist. Ich finde es ist was anderes ob es Mängel hat oder einfach nur gebraucht ist.
