International consultant for FAO, EU COST, IUCN, CBI, etc.). President of International Council for Medicinal and Aromatic Plants, Chairman of Section for Medicinal and Aromatic Plants, International Society for Horticultural Sciences (2006-2014). Convener and speaker at international scientific conferences (ISHS, ICMAP, etc.). Series editor, as well as member of editorial boards/reviewer of international scientific journals, Ph.D. Theses, etc. Network co-ordinator of ESCORENA MAP.
