Volker Bach has been active in the field of Living History for twenty years. He has been particularly fascinated by culinary history since his studies, and in addition to his work as a language teacher and translator, he gives historical cooking courses. The Landsknecht Cookbook is his first German-language book, to which we would like to add an English-language edition to reach the international community as well.
