Dr Betsy Ng is a researcher and lecturer at the National Institute of Education (NIE), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. She has been actively involved in education research since 2009, and her areas of expertise include motivation, and lifelong learning. Her research interests also include adult learning, workplace learning, and job employability. To date, she has published over 50 peer-reviewed articles and conference paper presentations.
