Brian is responsible for supporting NCR's kiosk efforts throughout the United States. Brian has been writing books on ASP for the past 7 years, including the Beginning ASP and Professional ASP series for Wrox Press. When not working or writing, Brian spends time playing tennis and spending time with his wife Katharine and their family. Brian Francis contributed Chapters 4, 17, and 24 to this book. Karli Watson was an in-house author for Wrox Press with a penchant for multi-colored clothing. He is now the technical director of 3form (www.3form.net). He started out with the intention of becoming a world-famous nanotechnologist, so perhaps one day you might recognize his name as he receives a Nobel Prize. For now, though, Karli's computing interests include all things mobile and upcoming technologies such as C#. He can often be found preaching about these technologies at conferences, as well as after work hours at drinking establishments. Karli is a snowboarding enthusiast, and wishes he had a cat. Karli Watson contributed Chapter 21 to this book. Richard Anderson is an experienced software engineer and writer who spends his time working with Microsoft technologies, day in day out. Having spent the better part of the decade doing this, he is still remarkably sane! Richard currently works for BMS software - an ADP company - where he is a technical architecture manager. Richard is currently working on the development of a large-scale Internet-based payroll and HR system. Richard would like to say thank you to his wife Sam for giving him all the love, support, and understanding a man could ever wish for.
