The 186th PTB-seminar was intended to bring together experts from industry, science, calibration laboratories and metrology institutes to discuss about the requirements and recent developments in angle metrology. About 60 attendees from 17 countries joined the seminar.
The idea for the seminar was stimulated amongst other things by a recently observed increase of quite challenging requirements on… autocollimator calibrations to be realized with PTB's precision angle comparator. The contributions to the seminar provide an overview of the equipment and procedures used at some metrology institutes for high precision angle calibration. Additionally, new developments in the field of autocollimators, incremental angular encoders and laser goniometers were reported. Scientific projects with specific challenging requirements on angle calibration and the outcome of a few recent international angle comparisons were described.
The seminar was complemented by laboratory visits and a small poster presentation. The proceedings consist of copies of the presentations supplemented by author contact details. Dieses Produkt haben wir gerade leider nicht auf Lager.
