consultant, certified insurance expert and
business economist specialising in the field of
retirement provision systems, is the initiator of
the association “The Alliance for Democracy”
(www.menschenfuerdemo-kratie.de), which
works to provide the wider public with a critical
view of matters such as the ESM/Fiscal Pact and
the united Europe, and by means of various campaigns
seeks to take action against the violating
of the law committed by the state.
Dr. Michael Humphrey, born in 1975, is a law -
yer specialising in constitutional and European
law, international private law and general civil
law, initiates and supervises legal initiatives for
“The Alliance for Democracy”, such as proceedings
against the Federal Government on the
grounds of misappropriation of tax funds before
social courts for determination of the Hartz IV
rate, or complaints against the ESM/Fiscal Pact
