Faced with the emergence and resurgence of social deviance in Congo-Zaïre in general, and Mbuji-Mayi in particular, the process of socialization and, by extension, that of resocialization, is encountering distortions and problems both upstream and downstream of Zaïro-Congolese societal structuring, especially when it comes to services specialized in this field.
