As the title already expresses, this redesigned and extended publication of “Enriching the Life and Health of the Chest Area” aims, in particular, to introduce new possibilities for prevention of and recovery from the ever increasingly emerging illnesses of the chest area.
Some will have noticed over the years that their thoracic spine is nowhere near so elastic, so mobile and… youthfully upright as it used to be. What is behind the initial stiffening and, often painful, restriction of movement and how can we avoid this symptom? It is worth explaining here that the author Heinz Grill is a spiritual teacher and that he also has an in depth medical knowledge. His explanations are to be understood in this light.
Heinz Grill gives insights into the inner nature of these symptoms out of a free, spiritual perspective and provides the reader with the understanding that the origin of disease is not to be found on the physical plane. He describes how these initially non-specific weaknesses of the spine represent a form of inner disorder that are then increasingly expressed as congestion and blockages in the spine, or even as heart disease or cancer in the chest area. Whether the illness is at a latent, preliminary stage or whether the disease is already manifest, here is an opportunity, through an interested and lively engagement with these thoughts and exercises, to counteract the degenerative tendencies with a stimulus for self-activated development.
