With this book I teach you Skateboarding and many cool tricks with professional tips and photo sequences. The tricks build on each other, so you minimize the risk of setbacks due to injuries, stay motivated and achieve quick learning success. You may not understand some tricks straight away, but that's completely normal. Trying out tricks and movements, but also learning to understand them, that… leads to success!
We'll start with the “First Attempts” chapter to find out how to get on with the skateboard.
Then a chapter for "beginners", simple tricks from different areas of skateboarding, which work quickly and safely with a little practice.
"Tricks for Flatland Skateboarders" is a chapter with tricks that you can do anywhere you can find flat ground, e.g. in your driveway.
Then the chapter “Tricks for Skateparks”. The skatepark offers you a lot of opportunities for tricks, but many of them also work on skateable objects in the city (if allowed).
“Tricks for Miniramp / Bowls” is the last chapter. For this you need a mini ramp. Here, I've also picked out a few easy tricks that you can quickly learn with a little skate experience. All the tricks in this book can be done, all the sequences are proper landed tricks. Good luck and success!
